THE NUMBERLESS "DRONE" SCARE: Police says car registration plates fall off
The Acting Director of Traffic and Road Safety Police Lawrence Niwabiine has said that Toyota Hiace vans commonly known as drones have small number plates that usually fall off due to high speed. Lately, these vehicles are proving to be a nightmare as a number of people have been picked up and driven away in them. The cars have no registration plates. However, the Director for Police Crime Intelligence Brig. Christopher Ddamulira Sserunjogi says it is unlawful for their men to use numberless vehicles when making arrests.
