Parliament on the spot as more MPs get injured at work
In January, we reported on the severe health condition of Kampala Woman MP Shamim Malende, who had just returned to the hospital after sustaining injuries when she was attacked in the parliamentary chambers while carrying out her duties. As Benjamin Jumbe reports, there are growing concerns about the level of care available to MPs both during and after their term of office, especially if they are not re-elected.
