Thousands of charcoal bags impounded recently have been auctioned
Thousands of charcoal bags recently impounded in Amuru District and other parts of the Acholi sub-region, under the renewed implementation of Presidential Executive Order Number 3 against commercial charcoal trading, have been auctioned. Over 23,000 bags of charcoal have been seized from illegal dealers since last month and stored in various locations across different districts.
