TORTURE CASE: Police hit at Bobi Wine over ‘manipulation’
Police spokesperson Fred Enanga has said gruesome social media photos of a young man who was allegedly tortured by security agents were doctored.
Ronald Ssegawa is said to have been dropped by unknown people at Mulago city mortuary from where he was taken to Mulago hospital for treatment after it was discovered that he was still alive.
Enanga has also criticised political leaders who make reckless statements basing on unconfirmed information.
