Uganda faces maize import threat on International food day
Experts warn that Uganda's food sovereignty and food security are at risk amid projections that Uganda will be an importer of maize grain because of scarcity of seeds. The government's capacity to fulfill it's obligation to ensure that food is affordable and accessible is in sharp focus on this International Food Day.
