UPC party officials mobilise support in Bunyoro
As the 2026 general elections draw closer, the Uganda People's Congress has rallied the youth in the Bunyoro Sub-region to join the party. The Assistant Secretary General of the party, Ben Bakabulindi Kiwanuka, has held meetings with party leaders in Hoima City. Kiwanuka says they aim to recruit more members in the region and plan to move house-to-house, mobilizing residents, especially the youth, to join the party. The team has spent several days mobilizing support in various districts in the Bunyoro region.
