Nelson Mandela Stadium cleared for World Cup qualifiers
Nine days ago, the Confederation of African Football (CAF) cleared the Nelson Mandela National Stadium to host Uganda’s two upcoming World Cup qualification games against Botswana and Algeria. With the first game exactly two weeks away, the contractors today conducted a media-guided tour of the facility to showcase the progress made since the last time the stadium hosted the two test games.
