Activists: strengthen domestic resource mobilisation

Civil Society Organizations have urged the government to strengthen domestic resource mobilization to support the health sector, amid declining global aid that has been crucial in sustaining health services. This call was made during the National Dissemination Workshop on Health Financing Dynamics held in Kampala. Key recommendations from the workshop included strengthening domestic resource mobilization, promoting public-private partnerships, improving accountability, investing in primary healthcare, and maintaining collaborative partnerships.
