Dr Speciosa Wandira Kazibwe to lead EAC observers

As Tanzania prepares for its general elections tomorrow, the East African Community has deployed election observers to oversee the process. Leading the regional observer team is Uganda’s former vice president, Dr. Speciosa Wandira Kazibwe.
