Meanwhile, police have confirmed the arrest of Assistant Superintendent of Police Clive Nsiima, who was seen in a viral video slapping a female shop attendant after she demanded that he pay for the items he and a female friend had picked from a shop on October 7. The police spokesperson, Mr. Kituuma Rusoke, condemned Nsiima’s actions and said police are already conducting an investigation.
