Deputy Chief Justice Zeija opens two-week court of appeal session

The Deputy Chief Justice Dr Flavian Zeija is at Kabale High Court for the opening of Court  of Appeal Circuit that is expected to run for two weeks. The first week will involve criminal session and the last civil sessions. The session will be led by a coram of three justices including Justice Fredrick Egonda-Ntende, Justice Oscar John Kihika. Justice Byaruhanga Jesse Rugyema.
