Kiira Motors is calling on Ugandans capable of supplying car parts to come forward, emphasizing that the company is not only assembling but also manufacturing vehicles locally. Ian Kavuma, CEO of Buss Express at Kiira Motors, highlighted the need for local producers of components such as tires and seats to join the initiative. The goal is to collectively transform Uganda into a leading source of mobility.
So far, the country has attracted over $180 million in investments towards this ambitious endeavor.
