FDC urges security to halt disruption of campaigns

The Forum for Democratic Change has requested that security agencies refrain from interfering with the presidential campaigns of opposition candidates, as such actions undermine democracy and fair competition. This request comes after the police attempted to divert the convoy of Nandala Mafabi, the FDC’s presidential candidate, from accessing Iganga Town, where he was planning to hold a rally on Wednesday.
