FDC’s Nandala Mafabi: ‘There’s little to celebrate’ on Independence

The presidential candidate on the FDC ticket, Nandala Mafabi, has stated that there is little to be proud of as the country marks 63 years of independence. While campaigning in Masindi and Kiryandongo districts, Nandala told the people that poverty rates are extremely high and that most Ugandans are struggling to put food on the table. He emphasized that now is the time for a change of leadership in the country because the current government has struggled over the years to address economic challenges. Daniel Kibet reports.
