Masaka businessman cries out over delayed justice after truck accident

Paul Matovu, a businessman from Masaka District, is in agony over a dysfunctional system and delays in government institutions. On October 11th, 2024, his Fuso truck lost control and damaged some road furniture. Since then, he has tried in vain to seek justice, and as a result, his livelihood has been severely impacted.
