President Yoweri Museveni, who is seeking election for a seventh term on Wednesday, campaigned at Kaunda Grounds in Gulu City. Former survivors of the LRA insurgency in the area, especially women, have also urged the President to address their plight through affirmative poverty alleviation programs.
