There was shooting in Budaka District as security forces tried to disperse clashes between NUP and FDC supporters while Nathan Nandala Mafabi campaigned for the presidential seat in the district. The clashes broke out when NUP supporters brought a poster of Robert Kyagulanyi to the venue where Mafabi was holding his rally.
