Forum for Democratic Change presidential candidate Nathan Nandala Mafabi today received a heroic welcome in Soroti City, where he insisted that the people of Teso should not trust the NRM party to compensate them for the cows they lost during past wars. He says that despite endless promises, the ruling party has no political will to compensate those who lost their cows during past insurgencies.
