Robert Kasibante, the National Peasants Party presidential candidate, has condemned the arrest of NUP campaign team members in Mbarara District on Friday. Kasibante says the attempt by an organized group of NRM supporters to stop candidate Kyagulanyi from campaigning in Kiruhura and Kazo districts is backward and unacceptable in any country.
