FDC’s Nandala Mafabi warns NUP supporters against violence

Following Tuesday’s clashes between supporters of the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) and the National Unity Platform (NUP) in Budaka District, FDC presidential candidate Nathan Nandala Mafabi has warned NUP supporters against provoking his team again, saying they will return fire if attacked. Mafabi made the remarks during a press conference before setting off for campaign rallies in Tororo and Namisindwa districts. He accused NUP supporters of confronting his team on multiple occasions during their campaign trail, warning that FDC supporters would no longer tolerate such acts.
