The State Minister for Sports Peter Ogwang today toured the Hoima sports stadium, one of the facilities that will host the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations. The stadium, which was scheduled to take 18 months, is slated to be handed over to the minister at the end of October this year. The facility will be a fully-fledged sports complex when everything is done, having an indoor Arena that seats 2,000 people, as well as outdoor game facilities like basketball and netball courts.
