It’s no secret that Uganda is one of the countries in the world with high levels of unemployment. The problem persists due to the rising number of training institutions that churn out graduates whose numbers do not match available job opportunities. Some prospective employers have argued that most graduates have knowledge but lack the requisite skills to make them competitive in the job market.
