Nine dead in Kasese landslides, many ready to abandon homes
Kasese Residents have indicated that they are ready to move away from areas that are prone to landslides and flooding, following the latest heavy rains in this jurisdiction. At least nine people died today, while several are also unaccounted for, according to Johnson Basange, the Kasese Deputy Resident District Commissioner in-Charge of Bukonzo County East.
