Uganda Federal Alliance plans to revamp political operations
The newly installed president of the Uganda Federal Alliance Party has revealed plans to revamp and politically operationalize the party, which has been in limbo for close to a decade. Robert Luggya Kayingo, elected on Tuesday, says the leadership will start with countrywide mobilization of supporters before drafting the party manifesto for 2026-2031.
