African Civil Society coalition urges EALA for public services law
A coalition of 500 African civil society organizations has petitioned the East African Legislative Assembly, currently sitting in Nairobi, to enact a law that will enforce the provision of public services to its citizens. The African Coalition on Public Services, coordinated by the Initiative for Social and Economic Rights (ISER), handed over the petition to the Speaker of the East African Legislative Assembly.
