Akena: Only President can hold Muhoozi accountable
The President of the Uganda People’s Congress, Jimmy Akena, argues that the remarks made by General Salim Saleh to a delegation of European diplomats in Uganda show that only the President can hold the Chief of the Defence Forces, Muhoozi Kainerugaba, accountable. During a meeting held at his residence in Gulu, Saleh laughed off the concerns of the European diplomats regarding the threats made on Muhoozi’s X handle, saying it was not a big issue. He hinted that Muhoozi had previously been involved in such attacks and was committed to doing so again.
