Army court adjourns Besigye, Lutale case to December 10
The Army Court Martial has adjourned the hearing of the case against Dr. Kizza Besigye and Obeid Lutale to December 10, 2024, when it will hear a ruling and mention their case. The adjournment followed a request by the defense, who informed the court that they wanted to complete the processing of the temporary practicing license for their lead counsel, Martha Karua.
