As the world embarks on a strategy to fast-track the fight to end the AIDS epidemic by 2030, there is still a significant number of marginalized people who are left behind and struggling to respond at the current pace of fighting the epidemic. A case in point is Mpuuga island in Bweema sub-county, Buvuma district where men use polythene bags as condoms due to lack of access to condoms.
