Buvuma residents have not been compensated 7 years later
Landowners in Buvuma District who surrendered their land for palm growing seven years ago have accused the government of delaying their compensation. The affected residents say they offered their land even before being compensated because they believed in the economic growth of their motherland. The affected people live in the villages Kachanga, Kaziru, Bukalati, Kisiima, Buyando, Bukiyindi and Bwaka.
