Cipla to manufacture diabetes drugs, hopes to cut price burden
Cipla, a pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Uganda will start manufacturing diabetes drugs in the country, a move anticipated to significantly cut the price burden on patients of the non-communicable disease. While interacting with the media at the launch of the Flozicard drug the National Drug Authority made assurance of efficacy of the drug. Walter Mwesigye attended the launch and now reports.
