Demonstrators oppose Mufti Mubajje's stay in office
A group of people who are opposed to the leadership of Mufti Shaban Mubajje, the Mufti of Uganda, have staged a demonstration to oppose his new term in office. Mubajje has been at the helm of the Uganda Muslim Supreme Council for 24 years. Those opposed to his leadership say his extended term in office is unconstitutional.
