Uganda red cross dispatches second consignment of relief items to storm-hit kalangala
Uganda Red Cross Society has dispatched the second consignment of non-food relief items to assist the people of Kalangala, who were impacted by a storm on Saturday, the 15th of March. According to the disaster report authored by district authorities, the heavy rain coupled with strong winds affected residents of Kizzi, Kalangala, and Buggala. Some of the relief supplies include jerrycans, knives, tarpaulins, plates, cups, and blankets, among other supplies.
