Deputy Speaker Tayebwa calls for adoption of clean energy
Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Thomas Tayebwa has rallied African countries to transition towards clean energy. Tayebwa says Africa should not be forced to do away with fossil fuels without a properly negotiated transition plan, especially when some countries like Uganda are yet to extract their oil.
