Devastating floods in Mbale City claimed 29 lives, caused extensive property damage
A year ago, in Mbale City 29 people were killed and numerous properties destroyed following heavy rains that caused River Nabuyonga and river Nashibisho to burst their banks. NTV traced some people who were affected by the floods, some survivors of the floods have relocated to new homes while others are still living along the river banks.
