Gov’t pledges more skilling centres for youth
The government is committed to setting up more centres to enable youth to acquire employable skills across the country and beyond. The State Minister for Labour, Esther Anyakun, who was presiding over the graduation of 300 students at the International Youth Fellowship Institute in Lubaga, Kampala, said the centre will serve as a skilling hub. Pastor Kim, the principal of the school, says their core agenda is to produce skilled people.
