ISMAH OLAXESS: Taking in the events that led to his death
The Police commenced investigations into the murder of famous vlogger Ibrahim Tusuubira Lubega, commonly known as Isma Olaxes who was gunned down by unknown assailants last night in Kyanja, Nakawa Division. The murder comes just days after Private Wilson Sabiiti killed and shot the state minister for Labour Charles Engola before taking his own life in the same area.
