Joint security force enforces strict security measures in Namugongo
Security agencies are leaving no stone unturned as the Martyrs' Day celebrations in Namugongo draw closer. Martyrs' Day is celebrated on 3rd June. The various security agencies have come together to boost safety measures, including road diversions that have caused traffic jams on several routes. The Kampala metropolitan police spokesperson Patrick Onyango says they have banned a number of items at the prayer centers.
