Kyagulanyi welcomes return of former NUP members
The president of the National Unity Platform, Robert Kyagulanyi, says that members who left the party for different reasons are welcome to rejoin after apologizing but will not regain the ranks they once held. Kyagulanyi says the members will have to rebuild their image from a lower cadre position. He spoke at the party headquarters in Kampala.
