Makerere considers mandatory political economy course
Makerere University is considering introducing a mandatory Political Economy course for all students, regardless of their academic disciplines. According to the Chancellor of Makerere University, Dr. Crispus Kiyonga, the course aims to deepen students' understanding of the socio-economic forces that shape society, enabling them to better appreciate the conditions that affect people's lives.
