Miltary trainees advised against using excessive force
Newly passed out regimental police officers have been urged to restrain themselves from injuring civilians in the course of carrying out their duties. While passing out the officers at Masindi Military Police School, Brig. Gen. Christopher Bbosa noted that whereas police officers are trained in weapons handling, the intention is to use the skills to restore and maintain order instead of endangering the lives of civilians
