NRM MPs support censure motion over UGX 1.7 billion service award
More MPs of the National Resistance Movement have appended their signatures on a censure motion for the four backbench commissioners accused of awarding themselves a service award worth 1.7 billion shillings, despite a directive by the Government Chief Whip, Hamson Obua, that they should not participate in the activity in which the party has not taken a position. Even though they face disciplinary action, they insist that this is a fight against misconduct and corruption.
