NUP party agrees to adjust its mobilisation programme
The National Unity Platform party has agreed to hold back its mobilization drive for a day to readjust to the new guidelines provided by the Police Force. The party says it will go ahead with a planned meeting in Mukono Municipality which they rescheduled to Wednesday and in will be in Masaka City on Friday. However, they are not willing to let go of their overalls and berets which the police, in their guidelines, indicate that it is against the law.
