Officials embark on mindset change for better PDM results
The government has urged a mindset shift among certain segments of the public, particularly women, who feel they cannot improve their circumstances due to cultural and traditional norms, as well as negative attitudes towards development. Irene Muwanguzi, the National Enterprise Development Specialist for the Parish Development Model, emphasized that this mindset presents a significant challenge to the program's implementation. In response, a revised manual was launched today to address these negative perceptions and enhance community mobilization efforts.
