Hundreds of family members and friends of former Supreme Mufti Sheikh Siliman Kasule Ndirangwa gathered at his home in Kiraya-Ngoma, Lwengo, to pay their last respects on the day he was laid to rest. The Muslim cleric, who died yesterday at the age of 61 after a brief illness at Mengo Hospital, led the Kibuli Muslim faction from 2015 to 2021.
