Police arrest driver of Pakwach commuter taxi
Police have arrested the driver of a van who drove through a flooded section of a road in Pakwach District and got stuck after a few meters. Nineteen occupants of the van were rescued, however, one of the responders, an engineer attached to the Uganda National Roads Authority, drowned.
