Police recruiting 2,500 probationary constables
The Police have started recruiting personnel to join its ranks across the country. The recruitment drive is targeting around 2,500 people, who will be enlisted into the forces as probationary police constables. The potential recruits are expected to hold a Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) or its equivalent. In the Savannah region, this recruitment drive started in the Nakasongola district and will soon spread to Nakaseke and Luweero.
