Project offers free prosthetic limbs
Several people who lost their limbs are benefiting from a good Samaritan’s effort to restore their dignity by offering them prosthetic arms and hands. Chris Gulley, the founder of the Hand Project has been running in Uganda for five years now, says he wants to help people and enable them to work like they used to. The team is camped at Kiruddu referral hospital here in Kampala.
