Proposed law includes penalties for those selling blood
The Central Government is planning for a law to regulate the collection of blood from donors, its management, and various aspects of quality. Dr. Charles Olaro, the Director for Curative Services at the Health Ministry told NTV that the proposed law includes penalties for those found selling blood, a major problem the country has grappled with for a long time.
