Rwanda election observers briefed ahead of elections
Election observers from the Forum of Parliaments of the International Conference of the Great Lakes Region have been warned against taking sides or engaging with polling agents and voters during the Rwanda Presidential polls on July 15. Secretary General Onyango Kakoba emphasized neutrality as the delegation from member states underwent orientation on election observation. As Sudhir Byaruhanga reports from Kigali, two candidates are vying to unseat President Paul Kagame.
