Stakeholders propose unified law school entry exams
Legal stakeholders are advocating for a unified approach to legal education, proposing that the National Law Council oversee the establishment of standardised pre-entry examinations for aspiring law students. This would replace the current institutional-level assessments and aim to create a uniform admission process across all law schools. The goal is to address the recent high failure rates at the Law Development Centre (LDC).
